Eliminating the State Income Tax

This isn’t an overnight cut. The General Assembly already moved to a flat 2.75% rate. The goal is to phase it out entirely over five years—without raising property taxes to do it.

This isn’t about shifting the burden. It’s about giving Ohioans a real break and growing our economy by making the state more competitive, attracting jobs, and stopping the exodus from high-tax states.

Property Tax Relief

The current system is broken, taxing seniors out of their homes and pricing young families out of their futures. My approach ensures growth pays for growth, protecting established residents from undue tax burdens.

Real property tax relief requires cutting the fat—not police, fire, roads, or schools. We need a total restructuring of our state budget that eliminates wasteful spending, corporate welfare, and political pet projects. Ohio families deserve a government that tightens its own seatbelt instead of raising taxes on families and our seniors.

Border Security & Opposing Sanctuary Cities

Ohio is a border state when it comes to the drugs and human trafficking pouring into our neighborhoods. I will proudly support President Trump’s border agenda and stand firmly against sanctuary cities.

Rebuilding Respect for the Trades & Career Pathways

We must expand and elevate trade schools, apprenticeships, and hands-on career pathways across the board. Ohio should lead the nation in restoring dignity to the trades.

Making Farming Viable Again

Farming is the backbone of our economy and food supply, yet rising taxes and regulations are suffocating those who feed us. I’ll fight for farmer tax relief, strengthening CAUV protections, and stopping skyrocketing property taxes, backing Ohio Farm Bureau solutions. We must fund best practices for water quality, support proactive agricultural conservation, and ensure responsible development to protect working farms.

Strengthening Local Control

Decisions about development, zoning, and schools should be made by people who live here—not unelected bureaucrats. I will always stand for township and county control over top-down mandates.

Fiscal Responsibility

Pork barrel spending diverts funds from essential public services and infrastructure projects benefiting the state. By eliminating this practice, state budgets can be allocated more efficiently, ensuring that taxpayer money is used for projects that have the most significant impact on the overall welfare of the population. This would lead to a more responsible and sustainable fiscal policy, reducing the burden on future generations.

Pro-Business and Infrastructure Policies

Implementing pro-business policies, such as reducing regulations and lowering corporate taxes, will foster an environment encouraging entrepreneurship and economic growth. Investing in infrastructure projects will create jobs and improve transportation networks, attracting more businesses to our district.

Expanding Veteran Healthcare and Services

Our veterans have selflessly served our nation, and we must ensure they receive the healthcare and support they deserve. By expanding access to quality healthcare services and implementing policies that address the unique needs of veterans, we can honor their sacrifices and improve their overall well-being.

Protecting Children and Upholding Parental Rights

I have firsthand experience pushing back against radical left-wing ideology presented to my own school-age children, and I will fervently fight the dangerous notion that parents co-parent with the government. Families—not bureaucrats—have the right to shape their children’s values and education. I support legislation that removes sexually explicit and age-inappropriate content from schools and public libraries, and I will defend policies that keep parents at the center of every major decision impacting their children’s lives.
